FundedNext is a UAE-registered proprietary trading firm founded in 2022. It grew quickly by attacking the two things traders complain about most at older firms: the price of entry and the wait between payouts.
Important: FundedNext Accounts use simulated capital. Rewards are calculated from your simulated results, and your real financial exposure is the evaluation fee.
How the evaluation works
There are two main CFD routes. Stellar 2-Step asks for 8% in Phase 1 and 5% in Phase 2, with a 5% daily loss limit, a 10% static maximum loss and trading on at least 5 separate days in each phase. Stellar 1-Step compresses this into a single 10% target but tightens the risk: 3% daily loss, 6% maximum loss and a 2-day minimum. Neither route has a time limit, so a slow, low-risk pass is a legitimate strategy.
Costs and refunds
A $6K Stellar 2-Step account starts at $29.99, and the ladder runs $15K/$109.99, $25K/$189.99, $50K/$269.99, $100K/$529.99 and $200K/$1,049.99. The 2-Step fee is refundable — but note the change made in January 2026: accounts bought from the 12th get the refund with their third payout rather than their first. The 1-Step model pays a passing reward instead. If you choose cTrader or Match-Trader, a $25 platform fee is added and never refunded.
Rewards and scaling
This is FundedNext’s strongest card. Stellar 1-Step pays every 5 business days; Stellar 2-Step pays 21 days after your first trade and then every 14 days. Splits start at 80%, reach 90% through Scale-Up and can go to 95% with paid add-ons. Scale-Up reviews your account after four consecutive months in which your withdrawals grew at least 10%, and raises the account size by 40% each time, up to a ceiling of $4M. Total simulated capital held at once is capped at $300K across your Stellar accounts before scaling.
Platforms and trading rules
MT4, MT5, cTrader, Match-Trader and TradingView are all supported. Weekend holding is allowed at every stage. News trading is unrestricted during the evaluation, but the funded account applies a News Profit Split Rule: trades opened or closed within 5 minutes either side of a listed high-impact release only contribute 40% of their profit. Expert Advisors are allowed below $50K and banned at $50K and above, which is an unusual restriction and the single most important rule to check before you buy.
Is FundedNext right for you?
It suits discretionary traders who want money moving back to them quickly and who trade smaller accounts. If you rely on an EA, cap yourself at a $25K account or look elsewhere — and if your edge is news scalping, the 40% rule will eat most of it.
